The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, pleasing our palates. the location was suitable for our needs, as it had easy access to public transportation and was close to a shopping center.

As bike riders, we loved the spacious rooms and the quiet surroundings. the English-speaking staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the nearby shopping center. the bottle of wine as a gift upon departure was a nice touch. the breakfast, although not extensive, was satisfactory.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel staff was very friendly and spoke English fluently. This hotel offers ultra-clean rooms and great facilities. We were happy to park our car here without any trouble. The hotel location, outside of the city center, was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to the Billa shop and a shopping center. Plus, the breakfast buffet and made-to-order options were fantastic.

The Hotel Polo in Presov has several great features that made my stay enjoyable. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and I felt like I got my money's worth. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff paid close attention to ensuring the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Lastly, the hotel's location, although not in the city center, was convenient as it was close to a shopping center, particularly Billa shop. This made it easy to grab any necessary items during my stay.

While there were a few minor inconveniences mentioned in the reviews, overall, I found that this hotel was a pleasant place to stay. All was well.

Dad had broken bed but hotel apologized, gave money off and free coffee. Big, clean room, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Sound insulation could be better. a good choice for a one-night stay.

I particularly liked the location, as it is situated outside of the center but still conveniently near to a shopping center and the church. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms where my kids slept were sufficient.
